Volunteer Information
 Volunteer Check-In
Volunteer Check-In is located at the SW corner of Lancaster Ave. and Arch Adams. (see map under Directions/Parking). There is no designated volunteer parking, however there is plenty of FREE parking surrounding the festival site (see Directions/Parking).
All volunteers will be given a volunteer badge and instructions at check-in. Please remember to also CHECK OUT after your shift to return your badge and receive a special thank you for supporting the festival!
Helpful Hints for Happy Volunteers
- Please wear comfortable shoes, sun visor or hat
- Bring sunglasses and sunscreen (if volunteering during the day)
- Leave purse and valuables at home (there is no storage area).
Reminders
- Please be on time! For example, if your shift begins at 3:30pm, please arrive at volunteer check-in at 3:25pm.
- For each shift, volunteers will be provided a bottle of water.
- We ask that you do not leave your post unattended and that you stay until the next volunteer shift arrives.
- Please ensure another volunteer is available if you need a break to go to the restroom.
- For beer and wine booth volunteers, you will be given a briefing on TABC regulations when you check-in. Please remember to check identification on all patrons.
